- かのうたんゆう【狩野探幽】(1602-1674) 江戸初期の画家。 京都の人。 本名， 守信。 徳川幕府の御用絵師として江戸鍛冶橋に屋敷を拝領し， 鍛冶橋狩野家の祖となる。 淡白・瀟洒(シヨウシヤ)な画風で， 水墨画・彩色画など幅広く活躍。 晩年法印に叙せられる。 代表作は名古屋城上洛殿襖絵や「東照宮縁起絵巻」など。
